StillMind ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via email/password, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In).

Session data: We store your trading session check-ins, trade logs, emotional states, review reflections, voice note recordings, and journal entries. This data is essential to providing the core StillMind experience.

Subscription data: We track your subscription status through RevenueCat to manage premium access. We do not store or access your payment details — all payments are processed by Apple.

Device information: We collect basic device information (device type, OS version) for crash reporting and performance optimization via Sentry.

Usage analytics: We collect anonymized usage data (feature interactions, screen views) via Mixpanel to improve the app experience. This data is not linked to your identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the StillMind app experience
• To sync your data across devices via secure cloud storage
• To generate your personal analytics, insights, and discipline streaks
• To send you notifications you've opted into (streak reminders, check-in prompts)
• To improve the app through anonymized, aggregated usage analytics
• To manage your subscription and premium features

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Voice recordings are stored locally on your device. No broker connections or external financial accounts are ever accessed.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Infrastructure partners (Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple) necessary to operate the app
• Crash reporting: Sentry receives anonymized crash and performance data
• Analytics: Mixpanel receives anonymized usage data (no personally identifiable information)
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and export your data at any time via the app
• Delete your account and all associated data from within the app
• Opt out of push notifications at any time
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

StillMind is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

StillMind uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Authentication and secure data storage
• RevenueCat — Subscription management
