Welcome to StillMind. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using StillMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

StillMind is a trading psychology app that helps traders track emotions, build discipline, and improve their mental game. The app provides emotional check-ins, trade journaling, analytics, mental reset tools, and gamified progression. StillMind does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use StillMind. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

StillMind offers premium subscriptions billed weekly, monthly, or yearly through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in StillMind, including journal entries, trade logs, voice recordings, and session data. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure

8. Disclaimer

StillMind is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or financial advice. The app is designed as a self-improvement tool for trading psychology. We do not guarantee any specific trading results, financial outcomes, or psychological improvements. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, psychological, or financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StillMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of StillMind is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app's settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of StillMind after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to StillMind at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
